CURL error: Failed sending data to the peer

Hi! Thanks for making megatools, super useful!

I am randomly getting this error in the last week, when using megacopy to
upload to my mega account:

*ERROR: Upload failed for /path/to/file: Data upload failed: CURL error:
Failed sending data to the peer*

I am using ubuntu server 12.04 and megatools 1.9.97 it happens on some
files, not to others.

What is the cause of this error? Can you please help?
